     Every red-blooded male has come across that hot, toned beauty working out in the gym that they’ve wanted to approach and ask out. We’ve all seen her… the spandex pants, thick in all the right places… maybe she’s on the stairmaster, or at the squat rack hitting those perfectly toned legs and glutes. Whatever the case, we’re here to give you guys tips on how to pick up the fit hotties at your gym.

We polled some of the hottest fitness girls and models we know and put together a list of 10 essential tips of Do’s and Don’ts to help you land your very own fitness babe. What better than to go to the source itself (actual fitness girls), and find out what turns them “on” in the gym, and what turns them “off”.

Let’s begin with the Don’ts, because in order to pick up the hot girl in the gym, it’s first important to know what NOT to do. The worst thing you can do is to come with the wrong approach, or do something stupid that blows your chances and makes you look like an idiot.


  1. Don’t be a creep or a stalker. When you see your fit beauty, don’t stare her down and follow her around the gym. It will only make her feel uncomfortable, and makes you look like a stalker!!

  2. Don’t go around posing and looking at yourself in the mirrors like you’re some Greek God. It makes you come off as extremely vain, and it’s very unattractive.

  3. Don’t ask girls to flex for you. If you’re after the muscular girls, don’t ask them to pose or flex for you. And don’t ask the toned girls to show off their body for you. Asking girls in the gym to pose, or flex, or twirl around so you can check out their bodies is one of the worst things you can do.

  4. Don’t ask stupid things like if she works out a lot, or how much weight she can lift, or any variation of the like. They get asked this all the time by guys with no game, and they hate it!!

  5. Don’t be pushy. If you try to make conversation with a girl who is obviously not feeling chatty and giving the “I don’t want to socialize with anyone, I’m just here to workout vibe”, don’t push it. Let her be and move on.
